How can I buy from Anime Pop Mall?
We can only sell to B2B customers. Therefore, membership is mandatory. Please read “For Retailers” for detail.
How do you source wholesale products?
Once an order is placed, we procure the product on your behalf and shipment is assigned to one of our logistic partners.
Can I get email alerts for the products I like?
We are working on various features to enhance buyer experience. In future, you will be able to subscribe for a product for price alerts and other updates.
What are the restrictions on Wholesale products?
You need to send us the following list of valid business licenses to become our members:
Value Added Tax Registration (VAT), Provisional VAT, Service Tax Certificate, Professional Tax Certificate, Certificate of Registration of Society, Shops & Establishments Registration (Labour license), Central Sales Tax, or Excise license.
How does shipping happen?
For the WholeSale orders, we arrange shipment via Surface in most of the cases. It may take longer than regular shipment which are processed via air.
How are the items packed?
Items are packed as a lot for the WholeSale shipment. You will receive the quantity ordered by you as a single shipment. However, each individual product will be packed in retail packing, unless it is clearly stated in product description that the product packing is wholesale or B2B or custom and not retail.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping charges are normally borne by our customers. We ensure very nominal and lowest shipping charges in the industry. For orders of Rs. 1 Lak (exclusive of VAT) and above the delivery is free.
How long does a delivery take?
As most of the shipment for WholeSale order take place via Surface, it may take 2 working days within Delhi on delivery. To other states and cities it takes at least 5-6 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location.
Are the products in stock with Anime Pop Mall?
Anime Pop Mall does stock the products in advance. We ensure the availability of the products in our warehouse and as soon as you place and order we coordinate to ensure product availability and dispatch as soon as possible.
What are your return policies for Wholesale?
Anime Pop Mall follows the standard return for all the orders according to Dealer’s Agreement.
How can I make payment for the Wholesale Products?
You can make payment via Net Banking, Credit Card or Bank Transfer for wholesale products. Anime Pop Mall provides online payments from all of the major banks and credit cards. Cash on Delivery is normally not available for the WholeSale Products.
How do I become a dealer member?

Is there a registration fee to become a member?
No. It is completely free of cost.
What are the benefits of registering?

Can my registered details be updated? (Email, billing address, mobile number, etc.)
Yes, please send an e-mail to our mail address, we let you know when we make the Dealer’s agreement, with the details you wish to update and we will process the same for you immediately.
At what price can I purchase from Anime Pop Mall?
Once you become a member with Anime Pop Mall, you will be able to purchase at wholesale price on our website
Why don’t I see price / do I see only the MRP price on the website?
We have decided to display our selling price only to members. But once you will complete your registration form and agree our Dealer’s agreement, we will allow you to see and purchase at our wholesale prices.
I no longer work with ABC Company. How do I change my billing address?
You will need to re-register with the company you currently work for. If your company is not a member you would have to get the company registered and then get registered and conclude our Dealer’s agreement as a member.
Is there a minimum quantity that I need to purchase?
No. You can purchase as few or as many products as you like.
Can I pay by cash or demand draft?
No, we do not accept these forms of payment.
