Anime Pop Mall was founded based on the idea of bringing India and Japan closer together. Drawing on our past experience with Indian business, we wanted to make India and Japan close neighbors and best partners. India and Japan are both part of the same Asian sphere, yet our two countries seem somehow close, but far away from, each other. From India’s point of view, Japan is a high-tech, technology-driven country, but the Japanese culture and lifestyle is not well known. Meanwhile, Japan knows about India’s food culture such as “Curry”, thriving “IT climate”, and “Movies”, but this view is lopsided and fails to paint the whole picture. By engaging in the sale of products closely tied to Indian and Japanese culture and lifestyles, we want to deepen each country’s knowledge of the people and things its neighbor has to offer, furthering Indo-Japanese relations.
After graduated Tokyo Institute of Technology with majoring in information technology and completed master’s degree of the graduate school of decision science and technology. Conducted web-marketing and directing E-commerce at a start-up supporting firm and an education content firm after served as a professional consultant at an ERP system manufacturer. Since August 2013, is conducting corporate web-consultancy in Delhi, India and engaged in cultural exchange activities between India and Japan as a member of non-profit organization in both India and Japan.
